Introduction | International Success

Introduction

CJ Pask Winery is a Mediterranean-styled Winery located on the out skirts of Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Built in 1989, the award winning design creates a highly efficient and streamlined operation, offering cellar door customers the opportunity to experience the wine making atmosphere. All grapes are sourced from our Gimblett Road vineyards. Vines are planted in stony, silt covered soils producing ripe grapes rich in flavour. These soils have consistently produced high quality wines that have won international recognition for Hawkes Bay. Using an ingenious blend of tradition and technology, the team at CJ Pask Winery is committed to producing elegant, full flavoured wines with the ability to develop well with age.
