Wine on Line is a joint venture between John Borsboom, a self-employed Architect and Stephen Barker, an Engineer who runs a computer software development company: WebData Ltd. We are both wine enthusiasts who recognise the potential of the technology of the Internet and specifically the World Wide Web in marketing wines and sharing information about the ever changing vintages.
